At PhotoEditBuddy, accessible from https://photoeditbuddy.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by PhotoEditBuddy and how we use it.
Your photos never leave your device. PhotoEditBuddy is built using modern web technologies (WebAssembly and Canvas) that allow all photo editing to happen locally within your web browser. When you "upload" a photo to our editor, it is loaded into your browser's memory, not sent to our servers. We do not store, view, or share your images.
Since we do not require user accounts, we collect very minimal data:
PhotoEditBuddy uses "cookies" to store information including visitors' preferences (such as dark/light mode settings). The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
PhotoEditBuddy's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
We may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on PhotoEditBuddy. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to www.photoeditbuddy.com and other sites on the internet. Users may opt-out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network Privacy Policy.
