Upload your photo to PhotoEditBuddy. Since we are creating a digital glitch, this works best on photos with high contrast or neon lights (think cyberpunk cityscapes).
Head to the **Adjust** tab. Scroll down to "Vignette & Effects". You want to find the **Chromatic Aberration** slider. Crank it up! This separates the Red, Green, and Blue channels, mimicking an old, broken CRT monitor.
A clean glitch looks fake. Add some grit. Increase the **Grain** or **Noise** slider to roughly 20-30%. This blends the effect together and makes it look like a captured signal.
